Sat August 6, 2016- Communities around the Country will send one clear message to the DOJ-You haven’t done enough!
In Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Atlanta and countless other cities_Saturday August 6, 2016 at 12:00 Noon until 2:00 pm-people in various communities will find a Department of Justice or a police station . By issuing this National Day of Action we are saying the Justice Department has to admit that it’s experiment in refusal to prosecute the “Bad Cops'” who have killed innocent civilians is leading to a National crisis. The Department of Justice better known as the D.O.J has failed. In the Aftermath-The results equal the death of accountability, of justice, and of deterrence. The result is a wave of crime against civilians in which these murderers continue to harm the public and further inaction from the D.O.J will only increase these crimes.
Many believe The U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch and the courts cannot continue to ignore that we need policy emphasizing the need to prosecute these cops and the refusal is causing an epidemic. So on August 6, 2016 from 11:00 am until ( most locations will do a moment of silence at noon or one) – coalition members and the public will take matters into our own hands. We move! We Break Every Chain! Police Brutality, Department of Justice, Political and any source of oppression to our people.
Members of Freedom First International, The Violence Interrupters, as well as multiple organizations and groups abroad will be present to stand up and insist on changing the landscape of our civil rights around our country-It’s simple On August 5-6, Find a D.O.J Office, and a Police Station in your area and stand! -and send a message.
According to an ongoing petition from Amnesty International:
The U.S. government must do more to ensure policing practices nationwide are brought into line with international human rights standards, including the use of lethal force, and to address systemic racial discrimination. The Department of Justice has failed to collect accurate, comprehensive national data on police use of force, including the numbers of people killed or injured through police shootings or other types of force.
Thus far locations to be announced include Chicago, Atlanta, TexasThus far.
- A Press Release and Press Conferences are scheduled in Chicago on Wednesday at the Police Headquarters Station on 3510 South Michigan at 12:00 noon. Expect announcements and a petition to be signed in the coming days. Interested Parties can send an email to one of the Organizers Gregg L Greer: at firstname.lastname@example.org

“From 2009 to 2015, 6 Black Men Killed by Law Enforcement In 6 Years And All 6 Were Unarmed,” says Reverend Kyev Tatum, White House Ally for the My Brother’s Keeper Community Challenge: https://northtexan.unt.edu/content/my-brothers-keeper
Michael Jacobs, Kelvin Goldston, Christian Taylor, Charal Thomas, Jermaine Dardin and Jonathan Paul are the six African American men named in a Federal complaint.
Accrdong to Reverend Kyev Tatum, “This is the worst case of gross law enforcement negligence I’ve worked on in over three decades
ON November 3, 2015_The United Nations will host a historical special event called “Confronting the Silence: Perspectives and Dialogue on Structural Racism against People of African Descent Worldwide. ” Present including the Keynote Speaker Harry Belafonte amongst the list of invited special guest by organizers will be the family of Andrew Joseph. While the case of Joseph at this point is not widely known in American Circles the case definitely should be and will be highlighted as one of the most infamous cases of Police brutality that exist.
The Joseph’s moved from New Orleans to Riverview in 2006, “hoping for a better life” after Hurricane Katrina. They are healthcare professionals and both of their children, Andrew and their 10-year-old daughter, were star students, they said. Andrew was an honor student at St. Stephen Catholic School in Riverview and a player on the Brandon Ravens youth football team, his parents said. Andrew had just been accepted to Tampa Catholic High School. His whole name was Andrew Joseph, III he was killed at 14 years old in Tampa, FL on Feb 7, 2014.
Andrew attended a Hillsborough County School Districts event named “Student Day” at the Florida State Fairgrounds the Hillsborough County. That day chaos at the fair came during an apparent underground tradition called “wilding,” which deputies at the time said usually occurs on Student Day, when Hillsborough County students are admitted to the event for free. Law enforcement officials said most of the young people who typically participate in the melee are black and that the behavior has ties in gang membership.
In Andrews case sheriff deputies detained (arrested) him, stripped him, photographed him and loaded him into a sheriff patty wagon, transported him, then abandoned him to a dark road, Later that night, Joseph got a call from the neighbor saying the fair had been shut down and that she couldn’t find Andrew. Tragically the family would learn that the child was abandoned by the police to a dark road facing the I-4 interstate, where he(Andrew) was killed after being stuck by an oncoming SUV.
This section of Interstate-four known to locals as the “Dead Zone.” This short span of asphalt, in Seminole county, at the south end of the interstate bridge across the St. Johns River, has become known for its high number of traffic accidents. Depending on sources, there have been an estimated 1,048 to 1,740 car crashes at this location since the highway was opened in 1963 with a significant number involving fatalities. According to reports in 1995, there were 44 accidents which injured 65 motorists.
Sadly, Andrew Joseph, III a student and resident of Hillsborough County was offered no protection, no safety and no security and the ultimate fault lies on the two sheriff deputies who released Andrew, a move that was no way near what their protocols dictate. Still no actions or reprimands for the deputies who put hands on this child have been reported in the death of child in the custodial care of the sheriff department. In Hillsborough County there has not been a whisper.
According to a recent interview from the Tampa Bay Times- Sheriff’s office spokesman Larry McKinnon said the sheriff’s office doesn’t comment on pending lawsuits.“We’ll take all the facts of their lawsuit and review them and then deal with them appropriately in the courts,” McKinnon said.
Chuck Pesano, executive director of the Florida State Fair Authority, also said he could not comment on pending litigation.
“This was a really good kid,” said Barry Cohen, the family’s attorney. “This wasn’t some thug.” After Andrew was killed, authorities and the media painted him to look like a gang member who was committing violence at the fair, Joseph said. He said people assumed Andrew was a “throwaway kid” with irresponsible parents who didn’t care.
The real issue of this case is why was our kid illegally detained, illegally transported and abandoned without notification to anybody?” Andrew Father-Joseph explained. “Those are the real facts of this case that have not even been addressed by anybody involved.”

HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction, capable of destabilising agricultural and ecological systems globally.”
“Climatic warfare’ potentially threatens the future of humanity, but has casually been excluded from the reports for which the IPCC received the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007
Rarely acknowledged in the debate on global climate change, the US Military can now alter the world’s weather modified as part of a new generation of sophisticated electromagnetic weapons. Both the US and Russia have developed capabilities to manipulate the climate for military use.
While true environmental modification techniques have been applied by the US military for more than half a century. US mathematician John von Neumann, in liaison with the US Department of Defense, started his research on weather modification in the late 1940s at the height of the Cold War and foresaw ‘forms of climatic warfare as yet unimagined’. During the Vietnam war, cloud-seeding techniques were used, starting in 1967 under Project Popeye, where The initial operation area was over parts of Laos and North Vietnam. It was then extended to include parts of South Vietnam and Cambodia the objective of which was to prolong the monsoon season and block enemy supply routes along the Ho Chi Minh Trail.
The US military has developed advanced capabilities that enable it selectively to alter weather patterns. The technology, which is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), is an appendage of the Strategic Defense Initiative – ‘Star Wars’. From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction, operating from the outer atmosphere and capable of destabilising agricultural and ecological systems around the world.
AF 2025 Final Report Weather-modification, according to the US Air Force document, ‘offers the war fighter a wide range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary’, capabilities, it says, extend to the triggering of floods, hurricanes, droughts and earthquakes: ‘Weather modification will become a part of domestic and international security and could be done unilaterally… It could have offensive and defensive applications and even be used for deterrence purposes. The ability to generate precipitation, fog and storms on earth or to modify space weather… and the production of artificial weather all are a part of an integrated set of [military] technologies.’
In 1977, an international Convention was ratified by the UN General Assembly which banned ‘military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects.’ It defined ‘environmental modification techniques’ as ‘any technique for changing –through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes – the dynamics, composition or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space.’
While the substance of the 1977 Convention was reasserted in the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) signed at the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio, debate on weather modification for military use has become a scientific taboo.
Military analysts are mute on the subject. Meteorologists are not investigating the matter and environmentalists are focused on greenhouse gas emissions under the Kyoto Protocol. Neither is the possibility of climatic or environmental manipulations as part of a military and intelligence agenda, while tacitly acknowledged, part of the broader debate on climate change under UN auspices.
The HAARP Program
Established in 1992, HAARP, based in Gokona, Alaska, is an array of high-powered antennas (pictured, above) that transmit, through high-frequency radio waves, massive amounts of energy into the ionosphere (the upper layer of the atmosphere). Their construction was funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Operated jointly by the Air Force Research Laboratory and the Office of Naval Research, HAARP constitutes a system of powerful antennas capable of creating ‘controlled local modifications of the ionosphere’. According to its official website, www.haarp.alaska.edu , HAARP will be used ‘to induce a small, localized change in ionospheric temperature so physical reactions can be studied by other instruments located either at or close to the HAARP site’. Birds suddenly falling out of the sky? Entire rivers dying? Record cold, heat or drought? Earthquakes and Tsumanis? Could this be the cause? Possibly!

The September 11 coordinated terrorist attacks by the Islamic terrorist group al-Qaeda on the United States on the morning of Tuesday, September 11, 2001 was “A date which will live in infamy.” The attacks widely shown , on television and newspapers published shocking and sad images from the most tragic day in history, many were deemed too awful, too harsh for the public to face. Nevertheless the public was entitled to see the tragic information, that absorbed the airwaves.
Definitely, testimonies of pictures of the estimated 200 people who plunged to their death from the Twin Towers. Trapped, with nowhere to go, was a heartbreaking way to die as thousands watched, from the streets of New York, to the homes of those watching on television.
Falling Man is a photograph taken by Associated Press photographer Richard Drew of a man falling from the North Tower of the World Trade Center at 9:41:15 a.m. during the September 11 attacks in New York City.
This one photo, possibly the most controversial of all: the Falling Man was worth mention, due to the fact that attempts made to formally identify the man, did prove successful. Falling Man, was Jonathan Briley (pictured below) a 43-year-old employee of Windows on the World, the restaurant on the 106th floor of the North Tower
Witnesses know Briley as a light-skinned black man, with a moustache, goatee and short hair. His co-workers believe the Falling Man is him. Michael Lomonaco, the Head Chef at Windows on the World, also suggested that the man was Briley.
His brother, Timothy, who was tasked to identify his brother, knew him by his shoes; black high-tops, similar to those pictured. According to Jonathan’s sister, Gwendolyn, he had asthma and the billowing smoke would have made it hard for him to breathe, which may have prompted the jump to his premature death.Sadly, Biley was one of the many lives lost as Statistics show 2,977 people died in the deadliest terrorist attack on American soil.
Jonathan, imbued with the spirit of humility, never failed to look for an opportunity to be of service. He used his skills as an Audio Engineer in churches up and down the east coast. The quiet, peaceful spirit that resided in his 6’5 ½” frame was a beacon of light and warmth that was felt by everyone who came in contact with him. His sense of humor attested to the joy of his spirit. His patience was a source of strength to everyone he met. Jonathan’s life blessed God because of the fruits of The Holy Spirit.
People, buildings and planes and debris fell from the sky. Terrified strangers became known friends as Americans came together on one day that changed the nation and the world as we knew it- forever. Truly Heartbreaking and still unbelievable 14 years later. May they all rest in peace.

Freedom is a hard bought thing
It demands a high price
It’s not bought with dust, or words or empty promises
It’s bought with one’s self
The bones, the flesh, the spirit
And once you’ve got it, you cherish it
We got to go free, or die tryin’

Amelia Platts Boynton Robinson (born August 18, 1911) is an American woman who was a leader of the American Civil Rights Movement in Selma, Alabama and a key figure in the 1965 march that became known as Bloody Sunday. In 1984, she became founding vice-president of the Schiller Institute. She was awarded the Martin Luther King, Jr. Freedom Medal in 1990.
In 1964 and 1965 Boynton worked with Martin Luther King, James Bevel, and others of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) to plan demonstrations for civil and voting rights. While Selma had a population that was 50 percent black, only 300 of the town’s African-American residents were registered as voters in 1965, after thousands had been arrested in protests.By March 1966, after passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, some 11,000 were registered to vote.
To protest continuing segregation and disenfranchisement of blacks, in early 1965 Amelia Boynton helped organize a march to the state capital of Montgomery, initiated by James Bevel, which took place on March 7, 1965. Led by John Lewis, Hosea Williams and Bob Mants, and including Rosa Parks and others among the marchers the event became known as Bloody Sunday when county and state police stopped the march and beat demonstrators after they left the Edmund Pettus Bridge and crossed into the county. Boynton was beaten unconscious; a photograph of her lying on Edmund Pettus Bridge went around the world. Another short march led by Martin Luther King took place two days later; they turned back. With federal protection and thousands of marchers joining them, a third march reached Montgomery on March 24, entering with 25,000 people.
**More information on Amelia**
It appears that at 104 years old Dr. Boynton was still appearing at conferences and engagements but unfortunately -few weeks ago, Dr. Amelia Boynton Robinson was hospitalized after suffering a massive stroke. Presently, she is in stable, but critical condition. I was scheduled to appear with her at the Community Advocates In Action, Inc 4th Annual Youth History Civil Rights and Voter Education Conference for youth organized by Community Advocates in Action. Inc. Instead her Advocate Leon Frazier will appear. Please keep Amelia in your prayers. For more information on the conference contact firstname.lastname@example.org. [“Fight for Life” Initiative for Tamir Rice Justice Foundation]
Chicago, IL, Friday On 8-21-2015, The Mother of Tamir Rice (12-year-old shot/killed in Cleveland Ohio by Cleveland, Police), Samaria Rice and the Justice for Tamir “Lead Advisers” will conduct a Press Conference at Chicago City Hall (Details below),which will include a meeting with multiple civil rights activists in addition to the local mothers of children who have suffered from community violence. A significant part of the Tamir Rice Justice Foundation’s effort will be devoted to responding to growing violence toward children (youth) which is a primary reason for the visit.
Samaria Rice’s visit comes during a wave of local, national, and international protests as residents, activists and community leaders have taken to the streets to draw attention to what they say is a pattern of police abuse, mainly against African-Americans.
